Reflexology is bodywork that focuses on treating points of the client’s hands and feet the refer to or “reflex” to an organ or gland in the body. Reflexologists focus on the different areas or “zones” of the hands and feet to not only affect specific soft tissue issues but also to alter the energy or “Qi” in the body that can impede overall, systemic wellness.

Traditional reflexology is applied with varying degrees of pressure without the use of lubricant.
